Senior Engineer

Founded in 2022, GaltTec is pioneering fuel cell technology to meet the growing demand for lightweight, sustainable, and highly efficient energy solutions. The company’s fuel cells are designed to significantly extend operational endurance for drones and IoT devices, making them a game-changer for industries that rely on long-lasting, portable power sources. We are the first Estonian startup to join the NATO DIANA accelerator program, which supports deep-tech companies contributing to national security and defense.We have just secured 1M EUR funding to provide high-efficiency power solutions for drones and off-grid devices.

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in mentoring and guiding junior engineers, leading technological innovation and making sure that our products are up to the highest standards.

You will be successful in this role, if…

  • You have BSc or MCs in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent experience;
  • You are an experienced engineer,  previous  experience with team leading and project management is an advantage;
  • You have a strong CAD proficiency, know modern programming languages and have worked with parametric modelling, tolerance analysis and product design;
  • You are able to work and achieve results without daily supervision and collaborate well with other team members;
  • You are proficient in spoken and written English;
