This summer GaltTec gathered around Põlva to have team brainstorming sessions, have dinner in the bright Estonian summer evening and go canoeing on the picturesque Ahja river.
We had team brainstorming sessions to solve some more creative questions and enjoyed the long bright night by the fireside. Going into a different environment, especially an enjoyable one, enhances your creativity. It was clearly reflected as the brainstorm sessions and following discussions were so captivating they ran long into the night.
The next day GaltTec went canoeing. A little bit of competition, helping each other catch lost oars, enjoying the views and ducks, and a side of mushroom picking 🍄🟫, we all made it to the finish safely and relatively dry.
