GaltTec’s co-founder Laura visited Singapore as part of Estonian Defence delegation, led by Siim Sukles, Undersecretary for Defence Industry and Innovation, Ministry of Defence, together with BG Viktor Kalnitski, Deputy Chief of the Head of Defence (DCHOD). We would like to extend a sincere thank you to the Estonian Embassy in Singapore and particularly to Ambassador Veikko Kala for their efforts in coordinating such a comprehensive programme.
During the trip, Laura had meetings with key organisations in the Singaporean defence ecosystem, including DSTA, DSO National Laboratories and ST Engineering, as well as an opportunity to visit Saab Singapore office to learn more about their regional operations and technology integration.
GaltTec is grateful for the warm welcome and the hospitality shown by our hosts throughout the week. It is clear that despite being on opposite sides of the world, there is a strong foundation for partnership between our two countries based on a common focus on innovation and resilience.
