Hannes brings a unique background that bridges military-grade leadership with complex deep-tech programme management. Most recently he directed cross-functional engineering teams.
His operational mindset was forged well before his time in defence tech. A graduate of the Estonian Military Academy, Hannes served in different positions in Estonian Scoutsbattalion, Estonian Air Force and commanded a UN Peacekeeping platoon in Lebanon
As GaltTec moves from prototype testing into active pilot deployments, Hannes will be translating complex development into structured, reliable execution.
