Our Story
GaltTec’s journey began at the University of Tartu, where a laboratory experiment led to unexpected results — discoveries that would later help redefine the energy industry.
What began as curiosity evolved into breakthrough fuel-cell technology. Founded in 2022, GaltTec became the first Estonian startup in the NATO DIANA Accelerator, secured €1 million in pre-seed funding, and showcased its innovation in Japan. From its base in Tartu, GaltTec continues advancing power systems for UAVs — and beyond.
Our Product
GaltTec develops microtubular solid oxide fuel cells that combine compact design with exceptionally high energy output. Each system delivers high power density, 5x longer flight endurance, and rapid 60-second refueling.
